It was a pretty fun week last week as I had the opportunity to taste through our rieslings with Staci (our winemaker) learn a number of new procedures and also practice sniffing after doing a copper drop test. I am typing up a whole bunch of notes from the past couple months and going to parse it into some form of blog entry with some visuals.
